Cee-Bee E-2787 is an environmentally friendly paint stripper designed to remove topcoat of selectively strippable systems
? Boeing BMS 11-13
? Military T.O. 1-1-24 (Non-Metallic
? Contains no halogenated solvents, phenol, heavy metals or other toxic materials (per Proposition 65).
? Designed to remove topcoat of selectively strippable systems.
? Thixotropic. Clings to vertical, inclined and overhead surfaces.
? Slow drying for a long reaction time.
? Free rinsing. ? Safe on all aircraft structural metals, including high strength steel.
? Surfactants are biodegradable
The surface to be stripped should be thoroughly clean and free from water.
Spray on a light coat of Cee-Bee? E-2787 starting from the bottom of the aircraft and working upward. Apply the stripper as evenly as possible.
Keep the surface wet with stripper until the paint buckles.
When the paint is lifted (one hour to overnight for tough coatings), brush the surface thoroughly to remove the loosened paint.
Reapply stripper as required to loosen any remaining paint.
When all of the paint has been lifted, use a brush or squeegee to remove the loosened paint and residual stripper.
Thoroughly rinse the surface with high-pressure water.
